Director of Photography based in Warsaw and Stockholm. Swedish born and raised in a Polish-Norwegian family, Daniel began working on film sets shortly after graduating from high school. During this time, he had the opportunity to assist on productions by renowned directors such as Agnieszka Holland, Levan Akin, and Mikael Marcimain. Driven by a deep fascination for photography and visual storytelling, he further pursued his passion by enrolling in the Cinematography program at the Łódź Film School in Poland. As a cinematographer, Daniel’s work has been showcased at festivals such as Camerimage, Gdynia Film Festival, and Göteborg Film Festival, among other.
